President: Debora Brener – CPIM, CSCP
Debora is a Senior Supply Site Specialist with the Defense and Aerospace division of Honeywell, a leading organization that has been at the forefront of both military and civilian aviation advancement. Debora has extensive experience in the areas of Lean Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, ERP implementation, Manufacturing and Material Planning and Control. She has worked in a variety of industries ranging from food, textile, electronics, RFID, medical, solar energy, aerospace and defense, in South America, the Middle East and the United States.
Debora has been part of the APICS Albuquerque Chapter for the past 10 years, holding positions of President, Director of Programs and Director of Finance. Throughout her career she has been an active member of APICS, deploying business tools and solutions grounded in the APICS body of knowledge resources and best-in-class technologies. Debora holds a B. Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, and a Master in Business Administration from Monmouth University. She also holds a CPIM, CSCP and Six Sigma Green Belt certifications.
Director of Programs: Rosemarie Stansbury
Rosemarie Stansbury is a Supply Chain Manager at Eclipse Aerospace/One Aviation, manufacturer of the Eclipse 550 twin-engine jet. Rosemarie has been involved with Albuquerque manufacturing companies since 1989 holding positions of Customer Service, Assistant International Sales Manager, Western Regional Sales Manager, Director of Sales and Marketing, Buyer/Planner and Strategic Supply Chain. Working for companies with global sales has allowed her to be directly involved in all aspects of Sales and Supply Chain Management from bids to awards, scheduling, planning, production, logistics, contracts and strategic partnerships. She currently serves as Director of Programs for the APICS Albuquerque Chapter and is dedicated to bringing together local businesses with our members to network , educate and bridge the talents, products and services offered by the growing community.
Director of Membership: Nataliia Mueller
Nataliia joined the APICS organization in 2012 and two years later she joined the APICS Albuquerque Chapter as the Director of Administration. Her background includes over 20 years of experience in Inventory and Warehouse Management at Dneprospetsstal one of the largest Electrometallurgical plants in Ukraine, dedicated to the development, manufacturing and distribution of stainless steel products, tools, high-speed bearing, structural, and alloy and carbon steel grades. Nataliia’s expertise in organization, team work, and data analysis are used to the benefit of the APICS Albuquerque Chapter and its membership. Ms. Mueller worked also as a Purchasing and Distribution Manager at one of the companies of the GEO Group, where she was responsible for a large budget and thousands of SKU’s. She has worked in Procurement for pharmaceutical companies as well as a Purchasing agent for the State of New Mexico.
Nataliia holds a B.S. in Metallurgy from the College of Metallurgy of Zaporozhe State Engineering Academy (Ukraine) and she is a certified Chief Procurement Officer (CPO), State of New Mexico.
Director of Administration: Kimberly D. Apodaca
Kimberly D. Apodaca is currently a Buyer/Planner for UTC Aerospace Systems (formerly Gulton Aerospace Systems), a manufacturer in Space and Defense. She moved to Albuquerque, NM in 1996 where she joined Gulton Aerospace Systems. After spending four years in the Contracts Administration Department she moved on to explore other opportunities which lead her to her passion for Logistics and Analytics in Supply Chain Management.
Kimberly has over 10 years of experience in Buying, Planning, Scheduling, Production Control, Customer Service and Inventory Management. She is ACE Certified as an Associate. Kimberly currently serves as Director of Membership in the APICS Albuquerque Chapter, has been a board member since 2014 and is dedicated to improving member experience, and promoting activities that aim in member retention and participation.

Elizabeth Griego-Powell – CPIM, SHRM-SCP
Director Membership & Marketing
Patricia Thomas is currently the Supply Chain Director for CEI Enterprises, Inc. an Astec Company. CEI Enterprises, Inc. is a manufacturer of concrete mixing equipment, asphalt heating and storage equipment, and modified asphalt blending systems. Our core products include concrete batch plants, direct-contact water heaters, hot oil heaters, asphalt storage tanks, and asphalt-rubber blending systems.
Patricia has over 15 years of materials management, supply chain and logistics experience in automotive, aerospace and construction industries. The business environments included repetitive shop, job shop, project shop as well as research and development. Her experience includes supervising teams from 4 to 50 personnel in both union and non-union organizations.
Early career work as a consultant included ERP system selection and implementation functioning in the role of business analyst. In addition, she has experience in asset management, maintenance and reliability.
Patricia obtained her Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University and a MBA-Operations Management from De Paul University.
